Your Role
Manage the Cybersecurity and Networking Area, ensuring its proper operation and executing projects that enhance the environment and elevate its maturity level.
Update Standards and Policies to ensure compliance with the Company, building strong relationships with the IT team and key business areas.
The position is based at the Hospitalet del Llobregat Headquarters, where IT Governance is centrally managed. Occasional travel to France, Italy, and the UK Work Centers is required.
You will report to the IT Systems, Security, and Services Manager.
What you will do
Main Objectives
* Cybersecurity:
Protect against cyberattacks, manage incidents, develop and update Standards and Policies, ensure compliance with Security requirements, support Business Continuity, and manage resources effectively.
* IT Networking:
Maintain daily Service Levels, govern network configuration and operation, incorporate technological advances, ensure security, and coordinate with IT Areas and Service Providers.

What we are looking for
Profile
* IT professional with at least 5 years of experience in Networking and Security within an international environment.
* Experience in mission-critical environments.
* Technical background with a Cloud First mindset.
* Excellent communication and influence skills.
* Strong strategic and business acumen.
* Passionate about innovation and staying current with trends.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* IT Engineer
* Networking (SD-WAN, FWaaS, IPS & IDS, CASB, ZTNA)
* Cybersecurity (EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanner, IAM)
* Cloud (AWS, GCP)
* Fluent in English
