We are seeking to appoint an experienced Global Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our livestock animal portfolio!
**Description of Position**
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that deliver immediate and long-term business success. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of livestock health on a global scale.
In this Global Marketing Manager role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and international markets to drive brand growth, create impactful marketing campaigns, and manage product lifecycle. You will analyze market data, identify opportunities, and lead initiatives that support veterinarians and farmers, ensuring alignment with global business goals and local regulations. This newly created role will report to the Global Marketing Director, working in very close collaboration with other Commercial Operation functions, country marketing teams, R&D; and Animal Health management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives targeting veterinarians and farmers, supporting the growth of our livestock product range.
- Drive the global marketing strategy for our livestock portfolio, ensuring cross-country alignment in positioning, messaging, pricing, and branding.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in captive markets and export partners to create compelling campaigns that meet local needs while adhering to the global strategy.
- Analyze market performance, sales data, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and product innovation.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies and brand plans.
- Monitor competitive activities and gather insights to keep us ahead of the curve in a dynamic market.
- Manage budgets, marketing plans, and performance metrics to meet growth and market share targets.
The Integral Marketing Manager would ideally be based in any of our Orion offices: Espoo (Finland), Arendonk (Belgium) or Arques (France). The location for the role can be also negotiated and you can work flexibly in any of the Orion office locations within Europe in a hybrid model in accordance with Orion’s relevant guidelines.
**Description of Unit**
As a recently formed business unit, Orion Animal Health is ambitious and in a real growth spurt. Hence, we require some extra talent to help us. As a part of our integration and future development we are currently building our global Marketing team. As a member of this new team, we expect the Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the team's direction, driving innovative strategies, and establishing a strong foundation for long-term growth and success in the global livestock market.

**Requirements**:
- A Veterinary degree.
- Proven experience in strategic and operational marketing, preferably in the animal health industry and with generic products in livestock species. (a degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, global teams.
- Expertise in market research, data analysis, and using insights to drive impactful marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing campaigns that boost business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for building relationships across departments and markets.
- Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
