Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of similar experience
* Facilities Management expertise, including knowledge of Workplace services and operations
* Holistic understanding of workplace services
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Power BI
* Languages: Spanish and English (minimum B2)
* Background in business administration and management studies
* Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and external providers
* Ability to manage budgets and forecasts
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication skills, both written and oral
* Adaptability and flexibility in changing environments
* Service-oriented attitude and team coordination skills
