**Responsabilidades principales**
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
* Define and deliver sourcing channels that balance time, cost, and quality to the business, seeking out new or redefining routes to market.
* Manage the internal applicant process and employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.
* Deliver results through productivity and quality KPIs; including time, cost, experience, reporting, ratios, data integrity, and process adherence.
* Be an advocate of good social media practices within the team and embed them across the business by example.
* Maintain accurate data records within the Sage ATS system.
* Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to hiring managers on activity.
* Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
* Multilingual skills are highly preferred.
* Experience and success in delivering within an internal talent acquisition model or agency/research capacity.
* Proficient planning and organizational skills.
* Strong relationship management skills and capability to build and deliver customer-focused solutions.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality results with pace.
* Knowledge of various social media channels and how to leverage them for talent acquisition.
