This person will also act as the primary point of contact for our partners and customers.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner and Customer Support- Manage the daily requests from partners and customers related to the after-sales support of our services- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions- Contribute to monitoring industry trends, products and competitors- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of our products and services- Participate in monitoring sales volumes with partnersOnboarding of New Partners and Customers- Guide new partners and customers throughout the integration process, ensuring they can effectively use our products and services- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition between the sales phase and the deployment of products and services- Ensure the training of partners and customersPROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR- A candidate with initial experience in customer service (experience in an international environment would be a strong advantage), ideally in the mobility or transport sector- Someone capable of managing strategic key accounts- A professional who has demonstrated strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills- Fluent German and professional English are required.
