In-depth knowledge of Jávea’s Real Estate market.
- Deal with the allocations of clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of the sales deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
- Setup performance goals and KPI for the team and track results, and activity along with the efficiency of the sales agents.
- Be a point of for the department keeping maximum levels of customer service and successfully representing the brand.
- Assist agents with the sales process and get actively involved whenever complications may occur that could affect the completion of sales process with creative sales and closing solutions.
- Assist in the hiring process of commercial agents and provide requirements and feedback for the efficiency of the recruitment process
Previous experience in the real estate sector will be a plus
~ In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts, and processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
- Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
- Full-time permanent contract
