Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is expanding in Spain and is now seeking several passionate real estate agents to join our office in Fuengirola.
If you have a knack for sales and are driven by achieving high customer satisfaction, you'll thrive here.
As a part of our dedicated team, you will actively work to find attractive properties, match customers' preferences, and help diverse clientele find their new homes.

1. Initiating contact and conducting needs analysis
2. Meeting with customers planning to buy property in Spain
3. Building long-term customer relationships
4. Showing properties and neighborhoods
5. Supporting customers with housing-related inquiries

About You
To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and exceeding customer expectations.
Structured work habits and the ability to work independently are crucial, as we often operate at a fast pace with multiple concurrent processes where prioritization and organization are key to achieving results.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
2. Spanish language skills are meritorious
3. Previous experience in real estate and/or property brokerage
4. Good knowledge of Fuengirola and surrounding areas
5. Driver's license and good driving skills
6. High digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
7. Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit
