In our team, you will play a key role, focusing on the full product lifecycle, from initial idea to launch and ongoing optimization.
This role involves not only product management but also a strong emphasis on strategy and marketing, ensuring our products are well-positioned in the market and meet customer needs.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of product development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy based on market analysis, trends, and customer feedback.
* Product Marketing: Collaborate with the business development team to create and implement effective product launch and positioning campaigns.
* Offer Collaboration: Work with the business development team to generate customer offers.
* Market Research: Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and refine product strategies accordingly.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure high-quality product delivery.
* KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess success and make necessary adjustments.
* Customer Relationship: Maintain close contact with customers to ensure their needs are reflected in the products.
* Continuous Innovation: Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging ongoing improvement and new ideas.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are seeking experts with a degree in Engineering and additional training in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or related fields. Relevant professional experience includes Product Management in Technology or Software sectors. Proficiency in product marketing strategies, market research, and lifecycle management. Experience with product management tools and data analysis. Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
An MBA and project management certifications like PMP are a plus, as are product management certifications such as CSPO.
