Academic Specialist-Coach and Customer Service

We are seeking young, dynamic individuals with native-level English skills, interested in education and the promotion of educational services. The ideal candidate should be able to advise adult students, create and coordinate educational plans related to language learning, and motivate students to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer service and guidance to students during the informational and enrollment process.
* Design and implement personalized educational plans.
* Follow up with teachers and students, ensuring coordination.
* Coach, assess, and motivate students throughout their learning journey.
* Promote and market educational services.
* Communicate effectively with students and teachers regarding programs and courses.
* Perform other language consultancy tasks at our facilities in Madrid (Quevedo-San Bernardo).
Schedule and Compensation
Part-time schedule: afternoons from Monday to Friday, 17:30-21:30, and one or two Saturdays per month, 10:30-14:00. There is a possibility for full-time employment.
Work contract includes a fixed base salary plus bonuses based on objectives achieved.
Part-time salary range: 500-1000€/month.
Requirements
* Proven experience in similar roles or recent university graduates, preferably with degrees in Education, English, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or Public Relations.
* Dynamic and proactive attitude.
* Proficiency in English; high level of Spanish.
* At least one year of experience or training related to the role.
Visa Requirements
* EU Citizens.
* Non-EU citizens with a valid work permit for Spain.
* Non-EU citizens with a 1-year student visa.
* Non-EU citizens with a Youth Mobility (working holiday) visa (assistance available).
* Non-EU citizens residing in Spain for at least three years on a student visa (conversion assistance available).
