Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate customer interest
- Proactively generate leads aligned with marketing campaigns
- Introduce new products via phone and follow up with information materials
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments
Core Skills/Experience:
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales or similar B2B/B2C roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Residence in Barcelona area
- Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (B2/C1); Spanish is a plus
