At Carrots, we’re looking for a creative and proactive Community Manager Intern to help us connect with our audience and grow our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with the CEO and brand team to engage our community, share our startup journey, and bring our brand to life—especially for Gen Z audiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Community Manager Intern, you’ll be the bridge between Carrots Lab and our audience. Your role will focus on building relationships, driving conversations, and creating engaging, on-brand content. You’ll:
* Interact daily with our online community—replying to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, friendly way.
* Help plan and execute content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Capture and share behind-the-scenes moments from our office life, events, and team milestones.
* Monitor trends, hashtags, and cultural moments to keep our content fresh and relevant.
* Support in creating and scheduling posts following a content calendar.
* Track engagement, community growth, and feedback—sharing insights and ideas for improvement.
* Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to keep our visual and brand tone consistent.
WHAT YOU HAVE
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or similar.
* Passion for social media, online communities, and brand building.
* Passion for the mobile app world
* Good understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Strong written communication skills in English (Spanish or Catalan a plus).
* Proactive mindset and eagerness to experiment with new ideas.
* Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and Adobe Suite (or similar).
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience managing personal, student, or professional accounts on social media.
* Familiarity with community engagement metrics (response rate, sentiment, growth).
* Interest in startups and founder-led brands.
* Basic knowledge of short-form video creation and content repurposing.
* A good eye for visuals and storytelling.
