About us

We build AI voice agents that make healthcare practices available 24/7, across Italy and Spain.

Founded by an ex-Amazon manager and an ETH Zurich software engineer, we focus on production-grade AI systems. The product is live, handling thousands of real patient calls, and scaling to new customers every week.

The role

We are looking for a Founding Go-to-Market to take real ownership of our commercial engine and revenue streams.

- You’ll work at the intersection of sales, growth, and applied AI, designing and scaling how HelloSmile acquires, qualifies, and converts customers.
- You’ll collaborate closely with founders, product, and customers, and your decisions will shape how we grow long-term.
- This is not a role with pre-defined playbooks or fixed processes. You’ll help decide how GTM works, not just execute tasks.

Who we’re looking for

- You’re a builder. You learn fast, enjoy connecting with people, and care about closing real deals.
- You’re excited by early-stage startups, where revenue, pipeline, and feedback loops are still being invented.
- You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, making trade-offs, and taking responsibility. You don’t just sell - you design systems.

What you’ll work on

- Prospecting & pipeline generation: designing and executing outbound and inbound strategies (doctors, clinics, medical centers), across multiple channels.
- Opportunity management: owning a live package of qualified opportunities, moving them from first contact to trial to paid conversion.
- GTM systems: defining funnels, lead scoring, CRM workflows, follow-ups, experiments, and conversion playbooks.
- AI agents for go-to-market: designing and iterating AI agents used for lead qualification, follow-ups, booking demos, reminders, and reactivation - turning GTM into a scalable, semi-automated system.
- Feedback → product loop: working directly with customers and founders to turn objections, churn reasons, and buying signals into product and messaging improvements.

What we need to see

- Experience in B2B sales, growth, or go-to-market, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Strong interest in AI-powered workflows, especially in go-to-market
- Ability to run structured prospecting and manage a pipeline end-to-end
- Comfort with numbers: funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, deal velocity
- Clear communication, ownership mindset, and systematic problem-solving

Nice to have

- Previous experience in early-stage startups or taking a product from zero to first revenue
- Experience selling to SMBs or professionals (healthcare is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, automation tools, or no-code/low-code stacks
- Experience designing scripts, playbooks, or sales processes that scale
