How You’ll Make An Impact
* Support the sales manager to ensure projects meet technical and economic requirements.
* Assist in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
* Coordinate the project team through all project phases, from design to commissioning.
* Build strong relationships with customers and manage project profit & loss.
* Control project schedules and ensure timely equipment delivery.
* Collaborate with departments such as environmental, purchasing, and legal.
* Oversee site activities through the site manager to ensure quality and safety.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, energy, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience managing high‑voltage turnkey projects.
* Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English is required.
* Willingness to travel for short visits to sites within Spain.
* Experience with business models like UTE or consortiums is valued.
