Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in expanding the Latin America Healthcare Market, specifically targeting doctors in private practice or large private medical centers. The ideal candidate should possess at least ten years of experience in business development within the healthcare sector and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ultimately driving successful closures.

Job Description

Avanmed is a fast-growing agency in the healthcare space. Avanmed featured services reach over 50 million potential patients around North and Central America —including existing patients, self-pay, or commercial insurance-based patients.

Job Role

This person will work closely with Account Managers to write and edit docs while working to improve the quality and efficiency of the docs’ process. Documents include but are not limited to the following:

* Website Page Content
* Copy for Advertising Campaigns
* Email Copy
* Blog Writing
* Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy environment where strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
* Demonstrated experience building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder relationships and needs in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to exercise high judgment decision making
* Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or another related field.
* 3+ years of related design and editing skills.
* 3+ years of experience managing design projects of medium or high complexity.
* Experience Required: 4+ Years
* Position Type: Full Time
* Professional Level: Mid Level
* Language Requirement: B1 English or above
* Schedule: Monday-Friday
* Hours Per Week: 40
* Wage: Salaried
