Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Merchandiser/Business Developer role based in Barcelona. The role involves managing day-to-day communication between clients, the Barcelona office, and overseas production teams to ensure accurate interpretation of product requirements and timelines. The Production Merchandiser/Business Developer will coordinate sampling, approvals, and production follow-up, monitor critical paths, and support problem-solving throughout the production cycle. They will analyze customer needs, identify business opportunities, and support sales activities by preparing quotations, product presentations, and costings. The role also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with design, technical, and marketing teams to drive new business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements Any background in commercial roles, such as buying, production planning, sales is highly desirable.
A University Bachelor's degree in any relevant field such as, Business, Fashion, Design etc.
Strong communication skills in English, Spanish and Chinese are also valuable.
Driver's license.
Must have experience in a similar position and Asia production experience are required to
