As an Account Manager on our team, you will :
Have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy.Identify client needs with products and services and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities, such as self-generated leads, client referrals, subsidiaries, or sister companies.Ensure premium value is delivered aligned with client goals, delivering a positive customer experience and fostering customer advocacy.Your Qualifications
Proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced English skills.Experience working for/in the German market.Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Challenger mindset with creative thinking to identify new business opportunities.Highly organized, able to manage multiple customers at different sales stages.Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.Exceptional communication skills, confident speaking with senior executives, and capacity to influence decision-makers.Quickly understand each client’s needs to drive results and identify new opportunities.Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.In this role, we offer benefits to support your lifestyle:
