Essential Requirements:
Profile sought: Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering/sciences with up to 5 years of experience, or recent graduates or recent Master's degree in:
* Robotics Engineering
* Automation Engineering / Mechatronics
* Computer Engineering
* Industrial Engineering with related specializations
Responsibilities:
* Design and training of control and Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms for mobile robots.
* Use of advanced simulation environments (NVIDIA Isaac Lab / Isaac Sim / Gym) for development and validation.
* Execution of sim-to-real workflows, ensuring reliable transfer from simulation to real hardware.
* Integration of sensors, actuators, and control logic using ROS2 in embedded systems.
* Participation in field tests and international deployments of robotic solutions.
* Technical documentation and collaboration with central and innovation teach.
Requirements:Essential:
* Python programming
* Solid knowledge of Robotics and Control
* Foundations of Reinforcement Learning
* Linux environments
* Fluent technical English
* Availability to travel
