Omnichannel Hub Activation Lead, South Europe (Spain, Portugal and Italy)

Omnichannel Activation Hub Lead responsible for driving online and offline marketing strategies for the Peripheral Intervention (PI) Business Unit in Italy, Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, improving demand generation, and ensuring the right infrastructure, tools, and processes to optimise multichannel efficiency. This position is based in Europe with up to 20% travel.

About BD / PI

Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities
* Co-create and adapt campaign assets to promote strategic programs to customers in the hub based on material defined by the Marketing group
* Analyse available metrics to evaluate overall campaign performance, channel preference, and message resonance;
suggest campaign optimisation based on KPIs
* Drive an integrated plan across multiple platforms, by partner/audience for the hub based on strategic priorities and business objectives
* Collaborate to contribute to Marketing Plan preparation
* Drive market research activities to increase customer insights;
work with Agencies on asset production and campaign optimisation
* Manage MLR approval and localization processes
* Onboard, drive and deploy lead generation and handling framework with Sales, from campaign inception to qualified lead handover
* Communicate regularly and effectively with internal partners and sales leadership
* Monitor marketing activities budget and report monthly to Senior Omnichannel Manager
* Develop knowledge on our portfolio and BU value propositions, omnichannel and digital marketing expertise to share with the marketing team in the hub
Qualifications
* Bachelor and/or Master’s degree or equivalent
* 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience including Med Tech industry and omnichannel marketing experience
* Campaign design and content creation
* Proficient in English and another European language
* CRM & sales enablement tools knowledge (Salesforce, Showpad, etc.)
