The Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in the success of Gleamer in Spain, covering 7 regions of the country and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, establishing solid relationships with radiologists and healthcare facilities while contributing directly to improvements in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target radiologists and other healthcare decision-makers. Implement direct or indirect sales channels by educating partners on the value proposition and product usage.
* Customer Relationships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating future needs.
* Market Analysis
Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to enhance product development and positioning. Work closely with the product and ops team to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product improvements.
* Reporting and Forecasting
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management through structuring, maintaining, and updating the CRM.
* Collaboration
Contract Negotiations: Oversee and negotiate contractual terms with customers and partners, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Representation
Participate in conferences, representing Gleamer at key events in Spain.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of sales experience
* Understanding of the medical technology industry
* Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in the healthcare sector
* Communication skills in both Spanish and English
* Driving license
* Position based in Madrid
