Title: Management Trainee - San Fernando, La Union
The Management Trainee is responsible for:
* Implementation and assurance of compliance on Food, Safety, and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.
* Ensuring the effectiveness of day-to-day operations of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services; attending to customers’ needs promptly.
* Supporting the Restaurant Manager in sales building initiatives through client business relations for assigned institutional accounts and customer engagement.
* Assessing opportunities in operations and cost management to meet or exceed sales and growth targets.
* Managing workforce activities in the assigned store, including manpower planning, hiring, orientation/certification of new team members, and managing schedules and shifts.
* Carrying out store administrative activities such as office organization, securing government permits, preparing store reports, and implementing programs like Store Safety.
Job Qualifications:
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Food or Business-related courses.
* Must possess excellent leadership and customer service skills.
* Must communicate effectively orally and in writing at all levels of store operations.
* Must perform well under pressure or opposition.
* Willing to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
