In this IT Support role, you provide frontline technical assistance to Bain staff, covering hardware, software, AV, and connectivity issues. You’ll install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications, while ensuring security policies are followed. You will support meeting room tech and large events, test upgrades, and maintain accurate asset records. Your work helps colleagues work seamlessly, enabling project teams to focus on delivering client impact. • Provide front-line technical assistance for hardware, software, AV, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade software, OS, and firm-standard applications
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex cases to specialized IT teams as needed
• Support and manage meeting room technology and videoconferencing systems
• Test and mitigate risks before conferences, trainings, and leadership events
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory, repairs, and support activity logs
• Manage hardware lifecycle: provisioning, replacements, shipments, and asset tracking
• Handle user accounts, access rights, onboarding and offboarding per Bain protocols
• Enforce IT security guidelines and best practices across the office
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors and test new patches/upgrades
• Monitor backups and perform regular data integrity checks
• Identify opportunities to improve local IT processes and user experience
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring junior team members
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions to promote self-sufficiency xpzdshu with Bain technologies
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in a technical support or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English (B1-B2)
• Proven interest in technology and ability to resolve technical issues
• Strong time management and multi-priority handling
• Calm, analytical troubleshooting approach
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support others
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, vocational training (e.g., FP), or relevant IT certifications
