Position: Product Owner – Technology
Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain
Hybrid work model – remote and on‑site collaboration. Must reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business goals.
- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on value, effort, and strategic objectives.
- Gather and refine requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align expectations and deliver high‑quality solutions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Make decisions on scope and acceptance criteria for deliverables.
- Analyze data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure measurable value delivery in every feature released.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams in agile environments.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
