Senior Software Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who excels in both technical execution and communication. The ideal candidate is committed to writing clean, reusable and maintainable code, improving software quality, and also participating in maintaining and improving the CI pipeline of the team and adding value to the test plans and automated tests. You will be collaborating on a fully distributed, remote working team and you will play a key role in designing, optimizing and developing AI centric software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications.
2. Ensure software quality through automated testing and rigorous validation processes.
3. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and promote best practices.
5. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and correctness.
6. Document every implementation, testing, CI decision or process in which they participated in order to reduce knowledge transference overhead.
Qualifications Skills
1. Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
2. You will use Typescript, Groovy, SQL and React based development. Having experience on them is a plus, but it's not strictly required.
3. Experience with software architecture and design patterns.
4. Strong understanding of testing, validation methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to collaborate in an agile development environment.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
