What we are looking for :
The successful candidate will assist the BU Director in ensuring seamless operations, maintaining strong and trustful customer relationships, and delivering reports to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves coordination with internal teams at both BU and European levels.
Daily responsibilities :
* Operations Control : Oversee end-to-end operational processes, monitor daily operations to identify risks, develop procedures to improve productivity, ensure SLAs are met within customer agreements, and collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) for smooth execution and increased coordination.
* Reporting : Analyze KPIs, generate reports related to operational excellence, prepare performance reviews per customer, and provide insights through data analysis.
* Customer Relationship Management : Address customer concerns and complaints, anticipate future needs, identify up-selling opportunities, and prepare customized solutions to meet expectations and improve coordination and results.
