As a Team Leader Solutions and Service Design you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:**Role purpose**:Manage two teams within the Data & Analytics team in Spain focusing on Product Delivery Assurance and Advanced Analytics. This role will provide coaching and managerial support to two teams (i) two resources providing Product delivery assurance and (ii) two further resources dedicated to delivering Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics modelling capability. There will be significant liaison with the respective (UK based) senior managers responsible for these two areas.In addition to the team management, the role holder will be an expert in Product Delivery assurance. They will ensure the delivery of data products across numerous programmes (Nucleus, MC2, Group) adhere to required principles and standards to create a unified and performant portfolio of data products.Evolve design and performance criteria & standards that can be applied across the Data and Analytics product portfolio to create cost efficient, high performing products that provide excellent user experience to support the adoption efforts of the data portfolio teams.Work closely with product delivery teams (internal and external to Vodafone) to ensure compliance with design and performance principles; steering efforts towards consistency, high performance, innovations and thus delivering product excellence.Identify innovations that can be incorporated into product portfolio to ensure products are future proofed; remain relevant and appealing to their user communities; realise value and promote an appetite for increased digitisation enabled by data products.The role will be based in Spain and report to the Senior Manager Data and Analytics in Spain.
