Pb Service Delivery Manager /b /ppb EPI-USE – Salary €35,000 per annum /b /p pb Location: /b /pulli Office (Madrid) home based (Hybrid) /li /ul pb THE ROLE /b /pp Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join the Employee Managed Services (EMS) team at EPI-USE, which provides outsourced payroll services to enterprises on SAP payroll and SAP SuccessFactors technology. /p p As a Service Delivery Manager in the EMS bureau team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, preparing for and conducting service review meetings including Quarterly Business reviews, monitoring Service Level Agreement performance, and being a point of contact in escalations for service-related issues. /p p The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (they must have excellent English language skills) and convey attentiveness and helpfulness towards clients.
