Email Marketing, CRM, and Lifecycle are core levers for revenue and retention, and we are looking for a senior leader who can take full ownership of these channels and turn them into one of the company's main growth engines.Own Email, SMS, Lifecycle, and CRM revenue, end-to-end.Plan and execute all campaign, promotional, seasonal, and sales communications.Build and optimize high-impact flows tied to product usage, replenishment, and repeat purchase behavior.Define and implement the testing roadmap across campaigns and flows (offers, timing, frequency, content).5+ years owning Email Marketing and CRM for beauty or consumable DTC brands.~ Deep understanding of beauty customer behavior, education, and repurchase cycles.~ Measurable contribution of Email/CRM to revenue.Strong campaign performance and incremental lift.
