Our professionals are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.What You Will Be DoingAs an Insurance Digital Distribution Manager, you will promote the insurance business development in all digital and remote/telemarketing sales channels across all SCF markets (Europe + Latin America), in cooperation with the local Insurance Units.The business generates >€250M Gross Written Premiums per year, with 70% stemming from digital channels (>40 non-assisted and assisted digital sales channels), and the remaining part from telemarketing sales channels (16 call centres in 10 countries, >300 telephone agents, 2M leads / year).
Your main responsibilities consist of:Ensuring the continuous development and growth of the business by fostering best practice sharing across all countriesIdentifying new and innovative tools and technologies, including AI-based solutions, to optimize customer journeys and accelerate performancePromoting digital insurance sales with external partners (marketplaces, car manufacturers, telephone operators, etc.)Coordinating transformational projects with other areas, such as launching new digital sales channels or process optimizationsEstablishing yearly budgets and objectives for the business, together with local unitsDefining and monitoring the main sales performance KPIsExperienceMinimum 5-7 years proven experience optimizing digital sales channels, in the financial sector or other sectorsCoordination of multi-country projects and teamsEducationUniversity degree (Economics, Engineering, ...)Skills & KnowledgeBehavioral skills: interpersonal skills (influencing others), results-driven, decision-oriented, analytical and problem-solving, communication and presentationLanguages: English - high proficiency; Spanish - medium proficiencyFollow us for more information:
