We’re Hiring: Customer Service Agent - English Speaker

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our Via Campaign.

If you enjoy helping people, communicating in a dynamic environment, and being part of a supportive, multicultural team, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. In this role, you will experience the dynamics of the mobility industry first-hand. You will learn the operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility processes of Via, enabling you to provide on-demand support to customers in the USA and contribute to Via's and the team's goals.

✅ Key Responsibilities

* Keep things running smoothly by offering first line support tough phone, email, and digital channels as needed.
* Aim for first contact resolution to handle customer queries quickly and effectively.
* Keep customer records updated with reasons for contact, solutions provided, and any other relevant information.
* Foster positive interaction
* Follow policies and regulations for the USA market.
* Offer feedback and insights on areas where you detect possible improvements.
* Embody the values of both Via and Netzon.

What We’re Looking For

* Fluency in English: High fluency in English (C2) in both written and spoken communication.
* Customer-First Mindset: You love helping people and tailoring solutions for them.
* Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using a CRM system and working in a digital environment.
* Organized & Motivated: Even when busy, you stay organized and keep delivering quality service.
* Eligibility: Permit to work in Spain.

What We Offer

* Start Date: ASAP.
* Contract: Temporary (2 months with 1 month of probation).
* Part-Time: 20 hours per week.
* Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (Rotative days) from 15:00 to 00:00
* Salary: €9744 per year gross
* Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
* Training: Full-Time Training for 5 days. Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (Fully Paid).
* Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
