About The Job

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our Spanish sales team for Energy Monitoring. Join one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands, where you can make a sustainable impact through your work.

Your key strategic objective is the commercial growth of Sensorfact. Currently, we serve over 1800 customers. Your role will focus on expanding our client portfolio and revenue.

Responsibilities include:

* Forecasting, reporting, and achieving demand generation and revenue targets;
* Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing your team;
* Collaborating with sales leadership for targeted training and development;
* Motivating the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
* Providing insightful feedback and reporting to broader sales leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

* At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams;
* Proven results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles;
* Experience with CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other sales tools;
* Near-native Spanish speaker with business proficiency in English;
* High energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter attitude;
* Enjoys working in a scale-up environment and contributing to growth;
* Works well in a team but takes full ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

We offer a flexible contract (24-40 hours/week), pension contributions, 27 holidays, and €500 for home office setup/improvement.
