JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our performance marketing and paid media as well as marketing analytics. This is a hands‐on role combining paid traffic acquisition, campaign optimisation, tracking, measurement, and reporting. This is not an entry-level role. Work experience is required.
You will manage and optimise multi‐channel paid campaigns, build and refine target audiences, implement tracking and tags, and continuously improve performance. At the same time, you will act as a central point for marketing data, bringing together insights from paid media, web analytics, email and SEO tools, as well as internal data sources.
RESPONSIBILITIESPerformance & Paid Media
Plan, execute, and optimise our paid media campaigns across Google, Meta Ads & other networks
Manage CPC campaigns, retargeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation
Create and optimise display banners and video ads independently using Canva or similar tools
Monitor budgets, KPIs, ROI, and continuously test and optimise performance
Tracking, Analytics & Growth
Implement and maintain tracking, tags, and conversion setups
Work extensively with GA4 and Google Looker Studio for analysis and reporting
Analyse campaign and channel performance and translate data into actionable insights
Combine data from multiple sources (paid media, email & SEO tools, web analytics, internal data)
Build dashboards and automated, on‐demand reports and send regular performance and growth reports
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics
Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio
Experience with tagging, tracking, and conversion measurement (Google Tag Manager, dataLayer, events)
Comfortable creating ad creatives independently using Canva, other design tools and/or AI (image and video)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Eligible to work in Spain without requiring any kind of visa sponsorship
Willingness to work primarily on-site in Paterna (Valencia), with hybrid flexibility
Nice to Have / Advantage
Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications (via Google Skillshop)
SQL knowledge or experience working with internal databasesExperience unifying multiple data sources into central reporting dashboards
Experience in online marketplaces, classifieds, PropTech, or digital platforms
