As a Medical Language Lead, you will oversee and guide a team of annotators to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI Data Services. You will be responsible for managing annotation projects for your locale involving medical text, transcriptions, audio, and related data.Your Role and Responsibilities :
Manage and support a team dedicated to the project of your languageOrganize and maintain all relevant documents, suggesting improvementsCommunicate regularly with the client and stakeholders for your localeAttend all required project meetingsAnnotate clinical data from various databasesWork on medical transcriptions, dialogues, and clinical textsConduct Quality Control, addressing potential issues efficientlyEnsure annotation consistency across all tasksEnsure all deliveries meet KPIs, metrics, and quality standardsImplement feedback at the language levelIdentify and escalate anomalies or patterns in assigned projectsMaintain daily communication with the PM on assignments, project status, and prioritiesFoster a positive team environmentEnsure adherence to project specifications and proceduresWork with the PM to identify and escalate project issues or areas for improvementRequired Technical and Professional Expertise :
Background in medicine, healthcare, medical translation, or life sciences, as you will work with medical-specific content (e.G., transcriptions, audio).At least 1 year of experience in scribing / transcription / coding experience in clinical documentation.Native French with fluent speaking and written EnglishExcellent listening skills in French and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects and varying dictation styles.Experience in annotation projects, ideally within the healthcare or medical domain is a plusExcellent communication and organizational skillsTechnical curiosity and experience in different technical environmentsHigh attention to detail and sensibility towards quality workExperience in Translation, Philology, Linguistics, or related fields is a plusFluency in clinical parameters, medical terminology, knowledge of AHDI guidelines, and ontologies (such as ICD-10-CM, SNOMED-CT, CPT, RxNorm and LOINC) is a plusWhat we offer :
