In this role, you won’t just keep operations moving — you’ll shape how efficiency, technology, and service excellence come together to delight our customers every single day. /p h3What you’ll achieve /h3 h3Warehouse Operations Automation /h3 ulliAutomated warehouse operations, WH maintenance, WH fault resolution. /liliYou will oversee and support automated pallet warehouse operations, ensuring systems perform reliably and efficiently while quickly resolving technical faults before they impact service. /li /ul h3Champion Logistics Flow /h3 ulliYou will manage inbound and outbound processes, monitoring goods receipt and dispatch from external suppliers to keep our logistics center perfectly synchronized. /li /ul h3Drive Smart Picking Movement /h3 ulliYou will work with advanced tools like Voice Picking systems and LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicles), enabling seamless pallet movement from warehouse to loading areas. /li /ul h3Own Incidents, Protect Performance /h3 ulliYou will identify, record, monitor, and resolve operational incidents, minimizing impact, preventing recurrence, and safeguarding service levels. /li /ul h3Connect the Supply Chain /h3 ulliYou will support domestic and international transport coordination, working closely with carriers, supply planners, and external suppliers to align production schedules and deliveries. /li /ul h3Planning Forecasting /h3 ulliForecasting and demand planning support: supervision and collaboration with the Demand Planning and the Category Supply Planners. /li /ul h3Build the Future of Operations /h3 ulliYou will actively participate in improvement projects, helping to implement new processes and bring fresh ideas that elevate efficiency and performance. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 h3Engineering-Minded Problem Solver /h3 ulliBachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar engineering background. /liliYou enjoy breaking down complex operational challenges and turning analysis into action. /liliPrevious exposure to warehouse planning, automation, or continuous improvement activities is highly valued. /liliYou see inefficiencies as opportunities to do things better, faster, and smarter. /liliNative or C2-level Spanish and advanced English (C1), with confidence communicating across teams and partners. /liliYou translate operational data into clear, actionable messages. /li /ul h3Organized Team Player /h3 ulliStrong time management and collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional environments. /liliYou enjoy working side by side with planners, suppliers, and logistics partners. /li /ul h3Tech-Curious Self-Starter /h3 ulliAdaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic about using technological tools to optimize processes and deliver results. /liliYou learn fast and take ownership from day one. /li /ul h3Our Culture: How We Grow Together /h3 ullibCreate wow: /b We dare to do things differently, seek to always win with consumers and customers, and endeavor to be forever relevant and vital to our world.
