CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic SpecialistThis hybrid role combines hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal developers, and the CEO. You will be responsible for technical marketing operations, maintaining campaign performance, and delivering value for our managed deliverability and ESP offerings.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Mautic stack, including installations, upgrades, plugins, and security.Audit and optimize server cronjobs via SSH with Dev-OP support.Query engagement data using Amazon Athena (SQL) and generate insights and reports.Monitor email deliverability with tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, and MXToolBox, maintaining inbox placement rates above 95%.Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce platforms, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.Customer Success & Coordination:
Serve as the primary Success contact for assigned accounts, managing stand-ups, requirements, tickets, and SLAs.Coordinate hand-offs between development teams, clients, and management to ensure clarity on expectations and timelines.Present weekly performance reports on user growth, engagement, revenue, and experiments.Gather feedback and translate it into backlog items or optimization ideas.Project Prioritization & Growth:
Manage JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritizing tasks to maximize ROI.Scope and measure the impact of new segment rollouts.Identify and prospect new customers fitting our email volume profile.Qualifications:
2–4 years in CRM/Marketing Automation, with at least 1 year as the primary Mautic owner.Proficiency in SQL (Amazon Athena), Linux CLI, and scripting, with AI tools assistance.Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to marketers and executives.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.Bonus:
