Job Responsibility: The Legal Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities aimed at supporting the legal and juridical team with the Group’s daily matters.
General supervision of compliance with Data Protection regulations and implementation of appropriate procedures for the processing of personal data (consent, registration, retention, information, etc.).
Assistance in the review of all types of commercial contracts or other agreements to which the Group is a party (confidentiality agreements, service agreements, data processing agreements and other commercial agreements).
Collaboration in the monitoring of the Group's compliance program.
Managing and detecting irregularities, or any violation of corporate regulations.
Management of relations with specialized external law firms.
Responding to requests from official bodies.
Maintain the company's database of contractual and legal documents updated, ensuring compliance with expiration and renewal deadlines.
Support in the registration and apostille of the necessary legal documents.
Collect and disseminate legislation or matter related to the Group's activity.
Support in the implementation of corporate legal tools.
Support and legal advice to all Group departments (Marketing, PR, Training, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain).
Participate in the onboarding of any employee of the Group to make known the necessary internal procedures related to our area of work.
Collaboration in the department's communication and training plan.
Participate in internal company projects.
Profile: SKILLS
Enthusiastic, proactive and team player. Attention to detail and accuracy in document review. Organizational skills and sense of urgency. Dynamic and quick learner, with a sensibility luxury. Great communication skills.
PROFILE NEEDED
MAIN STUDIES: Law bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree in access to the legal profession. Finance knowledge is a plus. LANGUAGES: English (Fluent C1) French is a plus. IT TOOLS: Office 365; advanced Excel. EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in related field. IMPORTANT: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
