Were growing our paid media team and looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a senior trio. Youll work alongside two experienced paid media professionals, learning fast and taking real ownership of your platforms from day one.
Your Mission
Youll be part of a tight, high-performing paid media team managing multi-channel campaigns across the US market. Your role covers the full cycle — strategy support, hands-on execution, and ongoing optimisation — across social, search, and programmatic platforms.
You wont be thrown in the deep end alone. But you will be expected to grow quickly and bring your own perspective to the work.
What Youll Do
- Execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Reddit, and programmatic platforms — with a dual lens of awareness and performance.
- Support campaign strategy across both consumer and healthcare professional audiences — understanding that each requires a different approach.
- Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting across platforms — finding the right message for the right person at the right moment.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to make sure media and message are always working together.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance — bringing insights, not just numbers.
- Learn from two senior paid media specialists alongside you — and bring your own energy and curiosity to the team.
What Were Looking For
- 3–4 years of hands-on paid media experience — youve actually built and optimised campaigns, not just watched them run.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Reddit Ads. Familiarity with programmatic platforms is a plus.
- Some exposure to healthcare or regulated-industry marketing is valued — but not a dealbreaker if youre sharp and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Business Manager, Looker) — you know how to read data and turn it into action.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- A genuine curiosity about platforms, trends, and what makes a campaign actually work.
The Non-Negotiables
- High-level English / bilingual proficiency — our client base and market is the US.
- Availability to work US hours, starting at 12:00 PM (CET).
- Willingness to travel to the US for client meetings when needed.
- 3+ years of real, hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across at least two of our core platforms.
