Which tasks can you expect?
SAP HXM Application Management Services, including change management, implementations and configurations
Configure and customize SAP HXM modules to align with client and business needs while optimizing system performance
Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure the system complies with legal, payroll and time, and HR regulations, staying updated on SAP HXM innovations and industry standards
Support & Services – Provide support, troubleshoot issues and incidents, and work on system enhancements or upgrades
Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise on SAP HXM best practices and industry trends
Provide high‑quality support: troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate incident resolution, and work on system enhancements, upgrades, and payroll‑relevant innovations
Participate in or lead workshops, requirement analyses, and fit-gap assessments for ongoing or upcoming customer projects
What do you have to offer?
At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant
Experience in working with German‑speaking clients from DACH
Fluent English is a must
Strong communication and customer‑management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a structured and understandable way
