You will need analytical skills to identify efficiencies in support, as well as proactive and reactive skills when managing incidents.The main tasks will be the following:- Identification of customer service flow needs and opportunities for improvement.- Analysis of customer service metrics.- Coordination and collaboration with the team in charge of answering queries.- Resolving queries and bridging between the support team and the product team.- Proactivity to be able to prevent situations that generate high support volumes.- Help to users managing the platforms (universities and other Santander Universities employees) with doubts and incidents.- Support to the communication and marketing team with queries received through social networks.EXPERIENCE- Between 1 - 3 years of experience (including internship).EDUCATION- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketingor similars.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Excel, Word mandatory.- English B2, intermediate level.- Organised and communicative person- Proactive and decisive**Idiomas**:- Spanish
