Overall Mission
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the logistical management of customer requests, from receipt of the request to KPI management, including setting up, monitoring and closing the administrative file (supplier invoice management, invoicing of customs duties and VAT).
Main Contribution
Preparing export and import paperwork (customs invoices, AWB, HAWB).
Completing temperature-controlled shipments in line with SOP.
Monitoring and tracking shipments' statuses & reacting accordingly.
Communicating with customers as well as with airlines, handling agents, customs brokers and other logistics service providers.
Managing cold-chain rooms inventories on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Daily communication with OPS team about production steps.
Presenting a continuous improvement mindset and looking for process improvements.
CAPA management – issuing CAPA for all incidents, with or without consequence, following up and recording.
Required Skills
2+ years in warehouse operations, preferred in DG handling.
Strong knowledge of airfreight operations (handling, freight forwarding, customs clearance, communication with airlines etc.).
Basics in quality and regulatory.
Solutions oriented.
Process oriented and ability to define as well as improve workflows.
