Transport Refrigeration, Inc. (TRI) is hiring Diesel Technicians to join our busy De Pere shop. We're a certified Thermo King dealer that keeps refrigerated trailers, straight trucks, and off-road units on the move for critical industries like food distribution, pharma, and construction.
Whether you're a seasoned mechanic or working toward your next certification, this is a hands-on role where you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, refrigeration units, and more—all in a clean, organized shop that's built for technician success.

What You'll Be Working On:
* Diagnose and repair Thermo King units on trailers, trucks, and other equipment
* Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system tests
* Complete work orders with detailed notes and accurate documentation
* Work with Service Writers and Parts team to ensure jobs run smoothly
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Stay up to date with OEM training and safety certifications
* Respond to occasional after-hours service calls (rotating schedule)
What You Bring:
* 2+ years of diesel, truck/trailer, or refrigeration experience (preferred)
* Technical school training or Thermo King/Carrier experience a plus
* Ability to use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
* Good communication and teamwork habits
* Valid driver's license
* EPA 608/609 or willingness to obtain (we'll help)
