What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar / Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth operation of one or more of our esteemed premises.
As the Bar / Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and motivating a diverse team, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. You will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service while ensuring the efficient management of resources.
Key Responsibilities :
* Oversee the daily operations of the bar / restaurant, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
* Lead, train, and manage a team of staff, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
* Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing the budget.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive business and increase customer satisfaction.
* Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
* Collaborate with senior management to maintain the venue’s brand image and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements :
* Proven experience as a Bar or Restaurant Manager, preferably in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A customer-centric mindset with the ability to problem-solve and handle challenging situations.
* Fluency in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus).
* Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
* A passion for hospitality, food, and beverage.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
