Our client is a well-known company that sells print and digital document products and services in more than 160 countries, and they are looking for a new team member for their Order Management team here in sunny Barcelona. The role is responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring data integrity, and supporting a seamless order-to-cash process. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and in-country teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly order management targets. Key languages :
- Bilingual proficiency or equivalent level of Dutch
- Professional level of French
- Professional level of English
Main responsibilities :
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet targets and service standards
- Process orders and returns accurately and on time
- Check orders for completeness, pricing, and required details
- Update customer information, order notes, and billing/shipping data
- Respond to order-related inquiries as a main point of contact
- Follow company policies and ethical guidelines consistently
- Assist with implementing and maintaining automated order processes
Core skills/experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in order entry, order management, or customer service roles
- High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Solid communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team objectives
- Able to work independently and take initiative when required
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- Experience working with SAP or other CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to develop new skills
- Confident using computers and standard office software
