Responsibilities:
* CSA Fitout Management:
Oversee the comprehensive Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) fitout of data centre projects from inception to completion. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Subcontractor Management:
Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors involved in the CSA fitout, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Conduct regular assessments of subcontractor performance and address any issues promptly.
* CSA Package Management:
Take charge of the CSA package, including procurement, scheduling, and budget adherence. Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure seamless integration of CSA elements.
* Client and Stakeholder Liaison:
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
* Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC):
Implement and enforce rigorous QAQC processes for CSA fitout activities, guaranteeing the highest standards of workmanship. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any deviations from quality requirements.
