Your tasks
* Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers (investment banks, advisors, or big corporates)
* Sales of software solutions for dealing with confidential information on M&A transactions
* Account planning, strategic sales, support and development of key accounts
* Presentations, creating and following-up on offers, contract negotiations directly with decision makers
* Participating and networking at trade fairs, congresses and events
* Documentation of activities in company CRM
Your profile
* Ability to establish great relationships within the capital markets sector (Investment Banking & Private Equity, Real Estate)
* Experience at engaging, presenting and closing next steps on client‑facing meetings
* Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish: cold calls, building pipelines and closing
* Industry knowledge in M&A and/or Real Estate
* Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills, hands‑on mentality, strong engagement and motivation
* Excellent command of Spanish and business fluent English required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
* Desired: Industry knowledge in areas of software, sales, SaaS
