You’ll help shape the future through digital by driving initiatives that not only support sustainability goals but also enhance operational efficiency and user experience across the organization.**Your key responsibilities*** **Strategic Roadmap Definition:** Partner with Business Product Owners to co-create and continuously refine the strategic roadmap for your digital products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and digital transformation priorities.* **Value Delivery & Outcome Alignment:** Ensure that digital products deliver measurable value and are tightly aligned with business strategic outcomes, using KPIs and success metrics to track impact.* **End-to-End Product Ownership:** Own the full lifecycle of the product—from ideation and design to development, launch, optimization and adoption—ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with a product squad or as part of a project team.* **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to drive collaboration and execution.* **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:** Act as the central point of contact for product-related communication, managing expectations and fostering transparency across all levels of the organization.* **Continuous Improvement & Innovation:** Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to keep the product relevant and competitive.**We offer*** Work in very close proximity to our business in a global and intercultural environment.* Progress to life.
