✨ Estamos construyendo un club privado y ecosistema de lujo, discreto y por invitación. Buscamos un/a cofundador/a cuya fortaleza principal sea la negociación: alguien acostumbrado a estructurar, defender y cerrar acuerdos complejos con marcas de lujo, grupos hoteleros 5*GL, resorts, restaurantes fine dining y experiencias lifestyle.
* Track-record negociando y cerrando acuerdos win–win de alto valor (fees, revenue share, patrocinios, co-branding, exclusividades).
* Capacidad para llevar una negociación de principio a fin: diseño de propuesta, marco económico, contrapropuestas, objeciones y firma.
* Acceso directo a CMOs, directores de marca, CEOs/owners… y experiencia real sentándote a la mesa con ellos para defender condiciones.
* Experiencia demostrable en negociación B2B high-end (luxury, hospitality, lifestyle o similar).
* Disciplina comercial, estrategia, manejo de objeciones duras y foco absoluto en ingresos recurrentes y márgenes.
💼 No es empleo: equity partnership y variable ligada a los deals que cierres. No buscamos “curiosos”; solo perfiles que vivan de negociar y vender, y que disfruten estando en la mesa donde se cierran los acuerdos importantes.

✨ We’re building a discreet, invite-only luxury club and ecosystem. We’re looking for aco-founder whose core strength is negotiation: someone used to structuring, defending, and closing complex deals with luxury brands, 5*GL hotel groups, resorts, fine-dining groups, and lifestyle experience providers.
* A proven track record negotiating and closing high-value win–win deals (fees, revenue share, sponsorships, co‑branding, exclusivities).
* The ability to own the full negotiation cycle: offer design, financial structure, counter‑offers, handling objections, and getting signatures.
* Direct access to CMOs, brand directors, CEOs/owners – and real experience sitting at the table defending terms and value.
🤝 Must‑have:
* Solid background in high‑end B2B negotiation (luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or similar).
* Concrete history of closed contracts (ideally high‑ticket and/or recurring revenue).
* Strong commercial discipline, strategic thinking, and an obsession with recurring revenue and margins.
💼 This is not a job: it’s an equity partnership with upside directly tied to the deals you negotiate and close. We’re not looking for “curious” profiles – only operators who live from negotiating and selling and enjoy being at the table where meaningful deals are done.
