Role Description
This hybrid position is based in Almería, with the flexibility to work from home. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on property‑related matters, managing property sales, and conducting negotiations. You will analyze the real estate market in Almería and Roquetas de Mar, list properties, and guide clients through the sales or purchasing process. Providing high‑quality service and building long‑term relationships with clients will be key priorities in this role.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
* Experience in Sales and Negotiation to effectively close transactions
* Ability to participate in and benefit from ongoing Training programs to enhance expertise
* Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and high‑level organizational abilities
* Knowledge of the local real estate market in Almería and Roquetas de Mar is an advantage
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
