Your Tasks
* Working together as part of the Service KAM Team, reporting to the Director of Global Service KAM, the Customer Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing service strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
* You will work closely across all service areas, operations, sales, legal, and technical departments to develop various strategies.
* Your role involves driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the company's services and win-win claim settlements to assigned clients.
* Act as the high-level point of contact for clients, providing coordinated communication (one voice), and access to the company’s products and services.
* Manage and develop relationships with clients to understand their business, risks, and opportunities, building a personal rapport to be seen as a trusted advisor.
* Define strategies for assigned accounts as part of a continuous process.
* Review client financials and regularly meet with senior executives to understand their long-term strategies. Lead high-level operational and technical forums with client leadership.
* Mediate escalations and claims, seeking win-win compromises.
* Identify relevant sales opportunities, promote organizational awareness, and ensure profitable business.
* Negotiate major technical issues agreements (e.g., warranty extensions) and frame agreements.
* Ensure client instructions and contractual obligations are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
Your Profile
* Engineering degree or similar qualification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* At least 10 years of experience in Service Operations.
* Proficiency in English.
* Proactive, a great team player, and humble.
* Result-oriented, resilient, responsible, and organized.
* Empathetic, with the ability to find win-win compromises.
