Main Responsibilities :
* Managing and mentoring the Communications & Digital team, including content, PR, influencer partnerships, events, social media, and paid campaigns.
* Creating and implementing the annual communications roadmap with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
* Leading launch strategies for new collections and capsule drops in collaboration with Product, Design, and Sales.
* Leading media buying strategies for both digital and traditional channels in seasonal and brand-building campaigns.
* Overseeing the department budget, maximizing efficiency, and driving strong returns on all communication investments.
* Supporting international markets with localized communication and digital actions tailored to specific audiences.
* Making data-informed strategic decisions and ensuring smooth execution, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Core Skills / experience :
* University degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years in a senior communications or marketing position, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods. Agency experience is a plus.
* Proven track record of leading teams and cross-functional projects.
* Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems, media planning, PR, and experiential marketing.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and writing skills.
