Join our global pharmaceutical team as a National Key Account Manager for Spain, where you will lead local market development, tender management, and key client relationship maintenance. Key Responsibilities
* Tender Management :Take full owner ship of end-to-end tender management in the Spanish market; collaborate closely with outsourced teams to clarify tender requirements, track progress in real time, conduct quality reviews of tender materials, and ensure all tender processes run smoothly and efficiently to secure successful contract awards.
* Government & Hospital Product Promotion:Develop targeted promotional plans based on the unique needs of different clients, and independently deliver product introductions, technical presentations, and other promotional activities to local government departments and hospitals, with the goal of boosting brand visibility and market recognition in the target market.
* Key Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term, stable partnerships with key clients including government agencies, hospitals, and medical institutions; communicate regularly to capture their needs and feedback, resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, and drive improvements in client satisfaction, loyalty, market penetration, and overall market share.
* Market Insight & Strategy Optimization:Continuously monitor trends, policy changes, and competitor dynamics in the Spanish pharmaceutical market; collect, organize, and analyze market intelligence to propose targeted market strategies and optimization recommendations for the company’s strategic decision-making, and sustain our competitive advantage in the market.
* Compliance Management:Ensure strict adherence to local pharmaceutical regulations and industry norms; oversee and guarantee that all sales and promotional activities are conducted in full compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and company policies, to mitigate operational and compliance risks arising from non-compliant practices.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in the Spanish market, with a proven track record in tender management and public sector & hospital channel development and promotion.
* Native Spanish speaker with working-proficiency fluent English; must hold a valid work permit in Spain; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.
* Extensive established client network in the Spanish pharmaceutical market, exceptional communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
* Strong compliance mindset with no record of regulatory violations in the pharmaceutical industry; in-depth knowledge of Spanish pharmaceutical sales compliance regulations.
